The main feature will be the fact that this is a nationwide site but most major markets will have its own website staffed locally and eventually an entertainment and Heritage Complex. One exciting feature will be the "N D Caribbean" Directory. This will be as a phone book was before the internet. Let's say you live in NY and you are planning a trip to Miami, but you don't want to do the tourist thang. You might want to know where you can get Jerk Chicken in Miami, where you can hear some real reggae or Soca music and vybes. Additionally, if you live in Washington DC and you want to support Caribbean businesses, Services, and Professional. Washington/Baltimore Philadelphia New York Boston Atlanta Orlando/Tampa Jacksonville/Daytona Miami/West Palm Caribbeanndus will be an outlet to stay in touch with what's happening in the Caribbean communities of the US. are starting to get exciting in Baltimore, Maryland for all the
Caribbean massive here in Maryland. This weekend is “The
Caribbean/American Association of Baltimore” 2004 Baltimore Carnival.
Don't forget this event is 3 (three) days long, and it kicks off on Friday,
July 23rd with the King, Queen and Individual Costume
Competition in Druid Hill Park featuring entertainment by The Panama
Band, plus food, arts and crafts, steel bands, stilt dancers and limbo.
On Saturday, it’s the costume street parade on Park Heights
Avenue starting at 12 Noon, followed by performances in Druid Hill Park
by Crystal Paul and more, don’t forget the foods and arts and crafts
will be located in the Park as well.
On Sunday is the last day, “The Carnival Explosion” featuring
Traffic, Rikki Jai, Sexy Arlene and the Angel’s band, plus lots of
local talent, all at Druid Hill Park.
Admission is $8.00 each day.

Also taking place this weekend here in Washington DC is the Krimson Sports Club's Annual Caribbean, Latin, African, American Soccer Tournament at Fairland Regional Park - Silver Spring Maryland. Beginning at 8am to 11pm. Teams competing are from Maryland, DC, Virginia, New York, Pennsylvania and North Carolina. For details call 301-422-1728. This event is always nice, so check it out. August 7th and 8th it's time for the Trinidad &Tobago Days in the Park. Featuring Shadow along with a host of other acts from Trinidad. There will be a Calypso Monach competition, Steel band performances, vendors and a day of Caribbean fun. Scroll down and view the ad for all the details. The following weekend August 14, is the 25th Annual Trinidad and Tobago Round Robin Soccer Tournament at Lake Clifton park (2801 St. Lo Drive Baltimore, Maryland) Look below for more details. In

2K4”, from September 16th through the 19th.
