Carnival Band Leaders Association of DC - A community-based non-profit organization formed in 1993 by a group of individuals from Trinidad and Tobago, Grenada, St. Vincent, St. Thomas, VI, and Jamaica.  

The membership has a committed passion to share the culture of the Caribbean with the residents of the Washington, DC metropolis.
